What is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legal document that provides information about a property's energy efficiency. It rates properties from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is required by law when selling or renting a property in the UK. EPCs are valid for 10 years and provide valuable insights into your home's energy consumption and potential cost savings.
